Terms and conditions for e-commerce

Online shop

Kukkakauppa Puntti Oy (Y-0987876-8, Hämeentie 111, 00560 Helsinki, tel.09-710073, toimisto@kukkakauppapuntti.fi) sells products to adult individuals and businesses in Finland and the EU. The prices of the products include VAT. We reserve the right to change prices and delivery charges.

To order

Products are ordered on the e-commerce website by adding them to the shopping cart and paying for the contents of the cart at the checkout. All customer information is treated confidentially. The contact details requested when placing an order will not be used for any purpose other than to deliver the order or to resolve any ambiguities in it, unless otherwise stated. When ordering from the online store, you are deemed to have read and agreed to the terms and conditions of delivery in force at the time.

Product information

Click on a product to get more information about it, such as colour or size options. Click on the image to enlarge it.

We always try to make bouquets or arrangements to match the pictures, but if the flowers you ordered are not available due to season, time of year or similar reasons, you will receive the best matching flowers of equal value.

Please note that flower deliveries made to another location or abroad may differ considerably from those shown in the pictures. As the supplier is a local florist, the final result will be influenced by the florist’s selection, the time of year and the style of the florist.

Shopping cart

Once you have added the flowers you have ordered to your shopping cart, you can still change the quantities or cancel your order. In the shopping cart you can see what you are ordering.

Subscriber and recipient details

By carefully filling in the details of the subscriber and recipient, you can ensure that your order is delivered correctly. If the address of the recipient is different from the address of the subscriber, there is a separate box to fill in (alternative delivery address). Please note the delivery time and the card text. You can also use the additional information column to give instructions to the florist or courier.

Delivery times

We aim to deliver orders at the time you want. We recommend that you place your order no later than the day before. For funeral and wedding orders, please allow at least 3 working days in advance.

NO TRANSPORT ON PUBLIC HOLIDAYS AND SUNDAYS.

If you are late, please call to check if you can still place your order.

  • Orders placed to a home address before 14.00 (Mon-Fri) will be delivered by 20.00 on the same day.
  • Saturday same day deliveries must be ordered before 10.00.
  • Orders placed with businesses before 12.00 noon will be delivered by 16.00 on the same day.

We cannot confirm the exact time of delivery, but we will do our best to accommodate your wishes. During the high season and holidays, delivery may be congested, in which case we will deliver your order no later than the next working day after you place your order. If you want to ensure delivery on the day or time you want, please place your order early. The earlier you place your order, the better we can fulfil your request.

We always deliver the mourning equipment well before the event to the agreed location.

If the product you have ordered is delivered outside the Helsinki Metropolitan Area to other parts of Finland or abroad, we will forward your order to the Interflora flower shop nearest to the recipient. Delivery will be made by transport arranged by them and according to their timetable. If the florist in question charges a delivery surcharge due to the remote delivery address, this amount will be deducted from the value of the flowers or we will have to charge this cost afterwards.

We are not liable for delays caused by force majeure or indirect damage caused by delays.

Delivery methods and costs

You can choose whether you want to pick up the flowers from the Puntti shop or you can let us take care of the delivery.

  • Pick up from Puntti shop 0€
  • Transport to Helsinki area 10€ / address.
  • Transport to Espoo, Kauniainen, Vantaa area 15€ / address

Products sold in the online shop are only delivered from our own shop to the Helsinki region.

Products going to the rest of Finland and abroad will be delivered from the Interflora florist closest to the recipient (see above for delivery times.)

Payment transactions

All payment transactions go through the Paytrail payment gateway service.

Bank payments

You have access to the payment buttons of all Finnish banks. You can pay using the payment buttons of Aktia, Danske Bank, Handelsbanken, Nordea, Oma Säästöpank, Osuuspank, POP-pank, S-pank, S-pank and Ålandsbanken. Your statement will show Checkout Finland Oy as the payee, we will forward your payment to the online merchant. From the online shop, you will be redirected directly to your own bank to make the payment securely.

Checkout Finland also offers the possibility to pay by bank transfer form.

Credit card payments

You can pay online with Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Debit MasterCard. The online shop uses the international Verified by Visa, MasterCard SecureCode and American Express SafeKey authentication services.

Checkout appears as the payee on the card bill and forwards the payment card payment made by the customer directly to the merchant. The card payment is made securely via a secure payment form and no payment card details are stored in the e-commerce systems.

Mobile payment methods

Mobile payment methods: a Paytrail-based service that allows you to pay for online purchases by transferring money from your account or by card from your card by accepting a payment in that application.

Billing service

DIRECT BILLING is only available to business customers who have a contract with us. If you are not an invoicing customer, please contact us before placing an order. We charge a processing fee of 5 € for invoicing.

Order and payment confirmation

After a successful order, an order confirmation will be sent to your email address. To send confirmation messages, you must enter your e-mail address when placing your order.

Prices

The prices in the online shop apply only to products and services ordered from the online shop. Prices in stores may differ.

Returning a faulty or damaged product

If the product is damaged in transit or if its quality does not meet your expectations, a claim must be made immediately after delivery. As this is a living material, we cannot consider claims received after the deadline. If we are responsible for the quality problem, we will deliver new flowers to the recipient free of charge.

Accuracy of the information provided

The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided. Kukkakauppa Puntti Oy is not responsible if the product cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete address, door code or telephone number provided by the customer. If the product cannot be delivered due to incorrect information, Kukkakauppa Puntti Oy will not refund the price of the product and transport to the customer and will not compensate the customer or any third party for any damage caused.

Cancellation of an order

If you wish to cancel your order, you can do so 24 hours before delivery, free of charge. Refunds will be made according to the means of payment used. The products are always made to order and according to the customer’s wishes, which means that it may not be possible to resell the products without significant losses, and therefore there is no right of return under the Consumer Protection Act.
